One Redditor went snooping in his mother’s closet for his gaming system, which she was known to hide in there. He searched the usual spots, sifting through clothes and rummaging through drawers before being stopped dead in his tracks by a live grenade. He looked at it for “a good 20 seconds” before putting it back and continuing on his search for the console. But this is the kind of discovery that likely prompted a lot of internal questions about what his mom was up to.
Other users on Reddit have recounted the bizarre discoveries they made while rummaging through their parents' closets, which included an intriguing pile of lottery tickets, revelations about the family pet, and a month-old roast.
